Order and delivery

We only deliver after approval of payments via IDEAL, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Amex Paypal, Bancontact, Sofort, Giropay, Belfius and Klarna. If you order before 16:00, we will process your order and ship the same day and you will receive your order within 1 to 2 working days. If you order before 10:00 in the morning and you choose same day delivery, your order will be delivered same evening via DHL or Budbee between 17:00 to 22:30.

 If the product you ordered is not in stock and the delivery time is longer than 1 to 2 working days, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping costs Netherlands

• For orders under €50,- we charge €4.95 in shipping costs
• For orders above €50,- no shipping costs will be charged

Shipping costs for Belgium and Germany

• For orders under €50,- we charge €7.50 in shipping costs
• No shipping costs will be charged for orders over €100

Exceptions

Around extra busy days such as Valentines Day, Easter period and the holidays in December or special promotion days such as Kings days, different delivery times may apply for all delivery options.

Shipping after prepayment via IDEAL

In our webshop you can pay with IDEAL. This works quickly and easily. Especially because all the major banks are cooperating with this. With this payment service you pay for purchases on the internet directly. The big advantage? With one click you are within your trusted banking environment of internet banking. IDeal was developed by ABN Amro, ING Bank, Potbank and Rabobank. All Internet banking customers of the participating banks can use it.

Return order

You can return an order by post within 14 days of receipt or collection date. When returning, please keep us informed by sending an email to support@queencosmetics.nl with your order number and the item names of the returned items.
