Reflection Time
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided the item remains sealed, not open and is not been broken. If the item damaged and the seal is broken, you cannot return your order. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at support@queencosmetics.nl We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided we receive the product in good condition undamaged.
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address and/or addition, we will refund the amount paid for the products. Shipping costs for the shipment will NOT be refunded.
What to do in the event of an incorrect delivery?

What to do in case of a defective product within the warranty period?
You have a 1 year warranty on (almost) all electronic devices . Return the defective product with a copy of your invoice and the completed return form.
No warranty on: Gillette, Oral-B, Scholl & Phillips!
How to return a product that you don’t like?
Have you purchased a product online from QueenCosmetics.nl and it does not meet your expectations? Then send the product back to us. You must return the product within 14 days of receipt (this is the date of receipt known to the postal service). The product must be in a salable condition and in original package. The costs for the return are for the buyer’s own account.
After dissolution, Queen Cosmetics will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days.
Product with or without plastic foil seal?
Have you received a product that does not have a plastic foil seal around it? Then this means that your product came from a box or plastic film of 3, 6 or 12 pieces. If someone orders 1 piece, we are forced to remove your product from the box/plastic film and deliver it to you without a seal/box. Some products have a plastic foil seal, but there may also be products that do not have a plastic foil seal around them and that come from a cardboard box or a plastic foil that contains more. We buy in large quantities and therefore cardboard boxes or plastic foils are sent to us from the wholesaler.
Products have NEVER been used!
Which products can I not return?
Some exclusions for returns are consumables that have already been opened, wigs and hair extensions with broken seals (gold ribbon or orange seal tag) or that have already been worn and removed from the packaging and hygiene items such as: razors, toothbrushes and anything comes into contact with body cavities and bodily fluids and products that are perishable and therefore have an expiry date. You can NOT return these products .
